Legends Toys & Hobbies carries model kits, figure kits and modeling accessories from ENGLAND, JAPAN, USA, HONG KONG & the rest of the world.

Minimum Orders
Minimum order is $10.00 for U.S., Canada and Mexico, For other countries the minimum order is $20.00. There is a $20.00 minimum for credit card orders.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery cards. There is a $20.00 minimum for credit card orders.

Back Orders
If you place an order and we don't have the item (s) in stock, the order will be canceled. If you send in a check with your order your check will be returned to you.

Shipping
All orders are shipped VIA UPS or USPS unless the customer has special shipping instructions. The order will be shipped to the shipping address shown on the order. Customer has to notify us if changed to any new address before we shipped the order. Otherwise, you will be changed for any address correction fee imposed by UPS or USPS. Note: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing the order to be ship out.

International Customers
We can only accept credit card for customers outside the United States & Canada. We Ship by USPS Priority Mail International (One to three Weeks) or USPS Global Express Mail ( Three to Five Business Days).

Returns
The original invoice must accompany any returns. For all returns due to any reason, you must contact this office within 7 days from the invoice date for authorization to return the product. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorized returns will be credited minus the initial shipping cost. While we will gladly correct any errors on our end, any merchandise returned due to an error on your part will be charged a 15% of the invoice amount for a restock fee and shipped back to us at your cost.

Defective Items
Please inspect your action figures/accessories for missing or defective parts before opening the box or breaks the seals, for model kit, please inspect before starting to build it for missing or defective parts. We do not except any action figures, accessories, models that has been open, broken seal or partially built.

Personal Checks & Money Order
Returned checks are subject to a $15.00 service charge. All Money orders or Personal checks can be drawn in the U.S. banks. For Personal checks, Please allow 10-15 business days to clear the check before processing the order to be ship out.

$0.00-20.00 will be charged $7.00 for shipping & handling.
$20.01-50.00 will be charged $8.50 for shipping & handling.
$50.01-100.00 will be charged $10.00 for shipping & handling.
$100.01-150.00 will be charged $11.50 for shipping & handling.
Over $150.00 will be shipped FREE within the US Continental only!
Note: Additional shipping fee may be apply on oversize packaging

Minimum Postage $7.00 for shipping & handling.
$20.00-39.99 will be charged minimum $9.00 for shipping & handling but actual amount may depend on weight.
Over $40.00 will be charged minimum $12.00 for shipping & handling but actual amount may depend on weight.

Shipping & Handling Charges in Mexico & Overseas:
You will be charged for the actual amount (according to the order's weight) only.
