Not only was the box intact with all the pieces that were to come with the figure but there was popcorn foam and that air bubble stuff inside. Way cool. Recently I ordered the Dragon Rommel figure from you. It took about 2 months to get to me. Through multiple e-mails with your firm it was determined that there was a computer "glitch" that sent the figure to the wrong address and was returned to you. It was then promptly mailed to me and I received about two weeks ago. Yesterday I got home and found a package from you with a hand written note appologizing for the delays. In the package were various loose items such as weapons and pouches and a Dragon German gas can. I really didn't expect anything out of this. I was happy with the quick responses and attention given to my order. It was nice to see that you went the extra step to send these little "freebies" to me. I greatly appreciate it. I even went to the 1/6 warrior forum message board and posted a message about your guys there. I just wanted to say THANK YOU. I will definitely be dealing with you again. Sincerely, Matt K. |

About two months ago, I visited your store in Azusa Ca. I made a five hour drive from the upper Central Coast. Your store was vvery open, and your employees were very helpful.
